Job Summary Reid's Fine Foods Bartenders are friendly, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills. Guest experience is critical to our continued success, and you will play a major role in the overall quality of that experience. Your individual personality should shine through in order to thrill our guests.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control alcohol consumption from our guests to ensure guest safety
- Communicate and attend to our guests in a timely manner
- Create a fun welcoming atmosphere for guest
- Work with others to keep all areas clean and always stocked to company standards.
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs
- Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently
